Camping Pod (two people)

Stay with us for two nights or more to receive a voucher for 25% off the price of a visit to Beamish Open Air Museum.

 


Booking is recommended at all times of the year but essential for weekends during the summer months and bank holidays. A deposit by credit/debit card secures a plot, this can be paid via the telephone or we can now accept online booking payments via paypal. Please check availability below.

Although we try to accommodate visitors requiring specific plots this cannot be guaranteed during the high season on busy periods.


Our policy is not to give refunds.


Serviced Sites


We now offer Serviced Sites these plots offer a concrete base with mains water, grey water disposal and individual electricity hook-up points with a 16amp supply. Unfortunately as we have an eco-friendly chemical free sewerage system we are unable at this time to offer a black water disposal connection.

 

Well behaved dogs are very welcome on the park but must be kept on a lead while around the park.

Self Catering Apartment

 

The three bedroomed luxury apartment is available to rent on a weekly basis with short stays also available.

Fishing


The river Wear which runs around the site is a popular fishing river and permits are available. The permits cost £7.00 per day (juniors (under 14) permits £4) Season Tickets £50.00 (car park not included £1.50 per visit season ticket must be shown) from the site shop and cover two miles of river bank.
A river board license must be held.
